Betara is pained at news of his demise at such a time his contribution to the society is sought most. Maina Jali was level headed, humbled with passion for development & progress of Biu & environs. His valuable contributions will surely be missed.

Rt Hon. Betara pray Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings & make aljannatul firdaus his permanent home. And for the bereaved family, May Allah give them the fortitude to bear this great loss.
